SHIPPING POLICY

Treat Boxes.

Your Pawesome Buddy Boxes will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class depending on your choices. Please allow 1-2 working days for 1st Class delivery and 3-5 working days for 2nd Class delivery. If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days then please let us know and we will look into it.

N.B Please do not choose next-day delivery in shipping choices. This service is only available for Raw Feed.

RAW FEED

Delivery Charge for Next Day Delivery for Raw food is £10.00 for up to 20KG.

There is no minimum order quantity for the raw food. Raw deliveries will be dispatched on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Please make sure your orders are in by 12pm on Tuesday or Thursday.

Please order treats separately from the Raw feed.

Please ensure there is someone to receive the delivery of Raw Food as the courier is unable to leave the parcel. We can not be held responsible if no one is in to receive the delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RAW FOOD

Due to the nature of the products we are unable to receive returns on the Raw Food. If you have any problems or queries then please get in touch and we will do our best to rectify any issues you may have.
